Photocopy Phoebe

Good morning wishing you all a Happy Crafting New Year with Health and Happiness.
Today we have Photocopy Phoebe  from Dr. Digi's House of Stamps  

Well there is always one at the office party! Phoebe has had rather more than a few glasses of wine in her glittering party frock. But what you should not do is go round with the photocopy and ask everybody “does my bum look big in this?”   
Photocopy Phoebe coloured using Promarkers.  I layered with card and paper from stash silver ribbon and some glitter.
