Wine Bottle Tag

Good morning,

I cut a card 21cm x 8cm made a circle in the centre with. Spellbinders Scalloped circle Dies. Computer generated sentiment and flowers on white card/ Double organza ribbon bow using Attic Bow Maker tide round to the back of the bottle.
