Oscar and Oksanna

Good morning here with my card for this week.

The papers are from Hobbycraft Mystical Waters pad.  The borders are using Ek Success - Large Edge Punch. The image is   Oscar and Oksanna from  Dr Digi's House Of Stamps coloured with Promarkers and polychrome pencils. And punched hearts.
