I
knitted this blanket from odd bits of wool and it is going to a dementia ward.
It is plain
knitting stitch each row (garter stitch)
Cast on one stitch at the end of each row. Slip stich the first stitch of every row until you reach 40 stiches Then decrease a stitch at the end of every row until you only have two stitches knit two together The edging is knitted and from a baby blanket pattern. On each corner I have added Double organza ribbon bow using Attic Bow Maker
it's a lovely blanket and for a worthy cause, xx

I'm sure this lovely colourful blanket will be much appreciated and it's a great way to use up the leftover balls of wool. I wish my knitting was as neat and even as yours is!
