card
The image is Last-Bus-Barbara from Dr Digi's House of Stamps coloured with ProMarker and polychrome pencils. I paper pieced the dress with some party hat paper. Cuttlebug Happy birthday embossing folder. Demiawaking Bunting Banner Die and Whimsy Festive Edger Die Set.

A fabulous card today Ginny- such a fun image- she's really having a great time!! I think she's been indulging in something a little stronger than cake! Beautiful colouring I love her paper-pieced dress too.
