and cut out the shapes for the banner.

This is cute Ginny, love your beach scene background and the colourful penguin, plenty of pink in your design which gives it 'little girl appeal, lovely personalisation too! Yes they do grow up fast don't they, the years just fly past. I hope Berry has a wonderful day.
